Refund policy

What is free

Analysing your website, previewing the app and producing a testable Android build do not require a paid plan. You are not charged until you choose a paid plan to publish signed builds.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Applications already on the stores remain in your developer account.

When we refund

If you were charged in error, billed after a cancellation we received in time, or charged for a plan you could not use because of a failure on our side, write to support@appsmadewithai.com and we will refund that charge.

We will also refund where Florida or other applicable law requires it, including rights you cannot waive under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

When we do not refund

• Unused time in a current billing period after you cancel, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Apple or Google developer-account fees. Those are paid to Apple and Google, not to us.
• A store rejection or removal. Review is decided by Apple and Google. We do not guarantee approval — see the terms of service.

How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel from your account, or email support@appsmadewithai.com. For a refund, include the email on the account and a short description of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Governing law

This policy is part of our terms of service and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
